Click the Subscribe button or visit the [Services] tab. Payments are processed securely through GoPayHawk — no contracts or plan choices to worry about.
Personal Welcome Call
Within 24 hours, we’ll give you a call to:
Learn about your trucking business
Explain how the process works
Answer any questions
Onboarding Email
After the call, you’ll receive a welcome email with:
A personalized onboarding form (Word doc)
Step-by-step weekly instructions
Your private upload link
📝 No documents are required during onboarding — we keep it simple.
🗂️ Step 2: Folder Setup
Secure, Organized File System
We’ll create your personal bookkeeping folder using Microsoft 365 within 24 hours of receiving your form.
Upload Only (No Login Required)
You’ll receive a Microsoft OneDrive "Request Files" link every Monday where you can securely upload receipts and statements.
📤 Step 3: Upload Weekly Documents
What to Upload Each Week:
Settlement statements
Receipts for fuel, repairs, supplies, meals, tolls etc.
How to Upload:
A fresh upload link is sent every Monday
Snap a photo or upload PDFs — we accept all standard formats
No need to organize — we do that for you
Follow-Up Included:
If we don’t receive your uploads by week’s end, we’ll send a daily reminder to help keep your books current.
🧾 Step 4: Weekly Bookkeeping
What We Do:
Enter income and expenses in QuickBooks
organize receipts with settlement week
Confirm outside-of-settlement items via your weekly email
Your Responsibilities:
Upload clear and complete receipts and settlements
Respond to the weekly email with any expenses not notated on your settlement (repairs, supplies, meals, tolls etc.)
Reconcile your bank statements at the end of each month (we don’t access bank accounts)
Need Help?
We’ll reach out if anything is missing — but it’s your job to make sure all documents are submitted.
📊 Step 5: Monthly Financial Reports
Delivered Monthly via Email:
✅ Profit & Loss Statement (PDF)
✅ Balance Sheet (PDF)
Reports are also stored in your secure folder (viewable by our team only). If you have questions, feel free to call us during business hours.
