We specialize in stress-free bookkeeping for truck drivers and owner-operators. We handle your receipt organization, income and expense tracking, monthly reports, and prepare your books for tax season—so you can focus on driving.

What do I need to get started?

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive an onboarding phone call. Following that phone call you will receive a form and instructions on how to upload your documents (receipts, settlements, etc.). It’s simple and takes just a few minutes.

How do I send you my receipts?

You’ll get a personalized Microsoft 365 folder link weekly where you can upload your receipts. Just take a picture of your receipt and drop it in the folder—we’ll handle the rest.

How often is my bookkeeping updated?

We update your books weekly, so you always have an up-to-date view of your business finances.

What kind of reports do I get?

Each month, you'll receive a clean and easy-to-read Profit & Loss Statement, so you know where your money is going and how your business is doing.

Do you do taxes too?

We don’t file taxes ourselves, but we prepare your books for your tax preparer or CPA, so everything is clean and organized when it’s time to file.

Can I talk to a real person if I need help?

Absolutely. We’re a small, family-run business and pride ourselves on personalized support. You can call, text, or email us anytime during business hours.

How much does it cost?

We currently offer a simple flat-rate monthly plan at $50/week. No hidden fees. No sudden increases in pricing.

Do you work with leased operators or small fleets?

Yes! We work with leased-on drivers, owner-operators, and small fleet owners. If you're moving freight, we can help you stay organized.

Is my financial information safe?

Yes. We have a 3rd party IT team that manages all of our accounts and assets to ensure all information is kept safe. We use secure Microsoft 365 folders to store and manage your documents, and your information is never shared without your permission.
